The Pacific Ocean was formed in the late 1990's by Versus drummer Ed Baluyut and Connie Lovatt who was then playing with Containe (with Versus' Fontaine). They've previously released two audio compact disks with the Enchanté label - an affiliate of Chickfactor magazine.
