The Tube Bar is Released by Bum Bar Bastards

A Sony-distributed label, Detonator, releases the Tube Bar tapes as "Authentic Bum Bar Bastards" on compact disc and asks that Teen-Beat cease production of our edition. They claim to have permission and rights from the original telephone callers.

Bum Bar Bastards, "the offical Tube Bar prank calls" company uses the photograph of the band UNREST [featured on the back of Teen-Beat 31] on the cover of various releases and even use the Tube Bar sign image from the same photograph without permission.
