Temporary Offices

When Teen-Beat 97 was demolished and rebuilt and Teen-Beat was evicted and not given the opportunity to buy the building, the Teen-Beat offices were moved approximately one-half mile down the street to a house where Letsrain Studio was located. Teen-Beat 97 residents Chris Callahan and Mark Robinson also moved into the building.

This temporary office was used for approximately one year. This house too was eventually demolished in the 2000s.
